We don’t keep a warehouse full of inventory. Instead, our gear is made to order after you place your order. This helps us reduce waste, maintain the quality we expect from anything carrying the Savage Coast name, and keep our prices fair.

We’re a small business, and we appreciate every single order that comes our way. More importantly, we stand behind what we sell.

If We Got It Wrong, We’ll Make It Right

Your order should arrive in perfect condition and exactly the way you ordered it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, just reach out to us.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Ordered the Wrong Size? We Get It.

Buying clothes online can be tricky—and when you’re buying for kids who seem to grow overnight, it’s even harder.

If you ordered the wrong size, don’t worry. We offer a simple size exchange with no restocking fees.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help get you into the right size. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Because our products are made to order, we may ask you to cover a small portion of the shipping or replacement cost for a customer-requested size exchange. There are never any restocking fees or surprise charges. We’ll tell you exactly what, if anything, it will cost before processing the exchange.

If the sizing issue was caused by an error on our end, we’ll cover everything.

Made to Order, Made for You

Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we aren’t able to accept traditional returns for changes of mind, color changes, or other preference-based reasons.

But we’re also not interested in hiding behind a return policy. If there’s a problem with your order, reach out to us. We’re real people, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We work with trusted print and fulfillment partners and put a lot of care into every design that carries the Savage Coast Outfitters name.
